Data collected
The contact form collects name, email, optional phone, subject and message. The B2B form collects company, contact name, phone, email, optional city, request type and message. The creator form additionally collects platform, profile URL, audience metrics, collaboration type and optional budget.
For security and evidence, we record form type, time, language, notice version, reCAPTCHA score, and one-way hashes of IP and browser information. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the application database.
Purposes
We use the data to receive and answer a request, assess it through the appropriate team, conduct proposal or partnership discussions, prevent duplicate or malicious submissions, maintain security and protect rights in a dispute. Submitting a form is not marketing consent.
Collection and legal grounds
Data is collected electronically when you complete and submit a form. Depending on the request, legal grounds are KVKK Article 5/2(c) steps connected with a contract, 5/2(e) establishment or protection of a right, 5/2(f) legitimate interests that do not override fundamental rights and, where applicable, 5/2(ç) legal obligation. The required checkbox acknowledges this notice; it is not explicit consent.
Recipients
Data may be shared on a need-to-know basis with authorized LUVAS staff, Railway for hosting and database operation, Resend for submission notifications and confirmations, Google reCAPTCHA for abuse prevention, and competent authorities, courts or advisers where legally required. Overseas transfers require a condition and appropriate safeguard under KVKK Article 9.
Retention
The submission and notice acknowledgement are retained for up to 12 months. Records required for an ongoing negotiation, dispute or legal duty may be kept only for the relevant additional period, then deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
Your rights
Under KVKK Article 11 you may ask whether data is processed, request information, learn purposes and recipients, request correction or deletion where conditions apply, ask that certain actions be notified to recipients, object to solely automated adverse results and seek compensation for unlawful processing.
How to apply
Send a request from your registered email address to [email protected] or write to Yamanevler Mahallesi, Alemdağ Caddesi, Nevzatbey İş Hanı No: 141, 4/41, Ümraniye/İstanbul. Include enough information to verify your identity and explain the request; do not send unnecessary identity data. Requests are generally answered free of charge within 30 days.
