Separate from form submissions
Submitting a contact, B2B or creator form does not authorize advertising or campaign messages. Service messages needed to answer or manage your request are separate from marketing permission.
When permission is requested
If LUVAS wishes to send product, campaign or event marketing, a separate, optional and unticked choice will identify the purpose and channel. Refusing does not prevent an application from being assessed.
Scope and record
Where permission is given, contact details, time, text version and channel choice may be retained for compliance and evidence and used only for the identified sender, purposes and channels.
Withdrawal
You may withdraw marketing permission at any time through an unsubscribe option or by contacting [email protected]. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing or service notices required by law or to manage a request.
