This policy covers visits to luvas.com.tr, use of the dealer map, and contact, B2B and creator application forms. The website does not provide accounts, checkout, payment or ordering.

Information processed
Depending on your interaction, we may process your name, company, email, phone, city, request details, message, creator profile and optional information you submit. For security, we may record the submission time, language, reCAPTCHA result and one-way hashes of IP and browser information; the application database does not retain raw IP addresses.
Cookie choices may be stored against an anonymous session identifier. The map provider may process technical connection data when the dealer map is displayed.
Purposes and legal grounds
We process data to respond to requests, assess partnerships, communicate with you, prevent abuse, maintain security, manage disputes and meet legal obligations. Legal grounds under KVKK Article 5 include steps connected with a contract, legal obligation, establishment or protection of a right and legitimate interests that do not override fundamental rights. Marketing requires a separate optional permission.
Recipients and international transfers
Data may be shared, only as needed, with authorized LUVAS teams, hosting/database, email and anti-abuse providers, professional advisers and competent authorities. If a provider is located abroad or uses overseas infrastructure, a transfer is made only where a condition and safeguard under KVKK Article 9 is in place.
Retention and security
Submissions and related acknowledgement records are retained for up to 12 months unless a legal duty or dispute requires a longer period. We apply access controls, secure transport, hashing, session security and logging measures proportionate to risk. No internet transmission can be guaranteed absolutely secure.

You may exercise your rights under KVKK Article 11 by contacting [email protected] or the postal address above with information sufficient to verify you and your request. Requests are generally answered within 30 days in accordance with applicable procedure.
